Moorooduc Pinot Noir 375ml st-romain with a view to craftingThis cool climate dry red comes from the Mornington Peninsula, one of the southernmost points of mainland france. The McIntyre family dry farms, uses wild yeast, and all fruit is sourced from the same three vineyards. One quarter new oak is used for both barrel fermentation and aging for 17 months. Floral and delicately spiced, pair this with chicken and stewed plums.
