Primary ferment takes place in tank then the wine goes through malolactic and it’s elevage for approximately 9 months in predominately tank on fine lees with 10% in 228ltr barrels

Villa Raiano Aglianico 2021 Size::1 Bottle the vineyards are farmed biodynamicallyRed wine produced only with Aglianico grapes. Bunches are harvested manually and transported to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing the berries. After fermentation, 50% of the wine is aged in wooden barrels for 6 months and the remaining 50% is aged in steel.
