Onannon Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay 2024 dolcetto-dalba and this Alamos expression showsFruit is sourced from two sites on the Mornington Peninsula Tuerong and Red Hill. Whole bunch pressed, settled overnight and then racked to barrel taking solids. A Combination of yeasts were used to help build some complexity. 20% MLF. 15% new French Oak. 10 months in the barrel.
