Thanks to the diverse terrain of the Ribeira Sacra the plots are very different from each other and offer a great wealth of nuances

the rums finish their maturation in Jerez for 3 years in Sanchez Romate's used Amontillado and Oloroso casks

this is already drinking beautifully

It finishes with dusty tannins and cleansing acidity

Totino Wines Classic Shiraz 2021 christoph-hoch Thanks to the diverse terrainTotino Estate, was born from neglected vineyards, cared for with love, passion and determination. Selected from Totino Estate in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, Paracombe, the vines for our Shiraz have been lovingly cultivated using traditional methods, including the art of hand pruning and picking.
