Bertrand Cherry Plum (Mirabelle) 45% 700ml grasshopper-rock Medium lemon straw in colourThe Mirabelle is a small, sweet yellow plum which grows primarily in the Alsace region of France. While it may be quite unknown in Australia, it offers a fantastic opportunity to taste something truly unique and sweet. You can enjoy this spirit neat, on ice, or mixed into a cocktail. It's also beautiful to serve alongside a Plum Tart.
