in which balance is more important than power

Made from a blend of 95% Malbec and 5% Merlot from vines aged 25-30 years old yielding 43 hl/ha

By cutting the cordons, the fruit naturally air dries increasing the concentration and the sugars of the grape, and results in a rich and textural desert style wine. This vintage we had a very wet winter and spring, winter never seemed to end.
