1940s Pattern, Teenage Skirt in Daytime & Ballerina Lengths - Waist 24" (61cm) Media:Paper pattern Three quarter or short sleeves40s Skirt Pattern The softly flared skirt is cut in four sections. In Style 1 and 2, an applied ruffle trims the lower edge. Style 1 is the ballerina length. Embroidered ruffling outlines the ruffle and a shaped waistband finishes the skirt.
